This means that once the dealer has released them, if you measured the speed of each, you could determine which numbers will be under the dominant diamonds when the ball falls. And since you know approximately how far the ball will bounce from there, you could easily and accurately predict the winning numbers. At least this is in theory. Can it be done in reality?
